All quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to change if the actual conditions differ.
Prices are in EUR/Euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. You will be informed of any price changes before confirmation.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
In the event of a no-show or locked-out scenario, the full service fee may be charged.
Clients must:
Provide safe, unobstructed access to the property.
Ensure pets are secured and valuables are stored.
Inform us of any hazards (e.g. broken fixtures, allergies to cleaning products).
Maintain a respectful and safe environment for our cleaning staff.
We take great care in delivering our services, but we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Damage due to faulty fixtures or equipment.
Any loss or damage that occurs due to inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Netherlands. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
